Digital products (softcopy books, course & test access)
Because digital content is delivered immediately, these purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by law or in case of a proven technical fault that we cannot resolve. Contact support within [N] days of purchase.
Hardcover books
You may request a return/replacement within [N] days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [N] business days. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
Order cancellation
Hardcover orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
